SPARKS

ages 3-5

Our Sparks program is designed for young dancers to build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement in a fun and engaging environment to let your little one shine.

  • Bounce (Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz) – Mondays, 4:00-4:30 PM
    A high-energy class where dancers explore rhythm, coordination, and dynamic movement through tap, hip hop, and jazz.

  • Glow (Ballet) – Thursdays, 5:30-6:00 PM
    A graceful introduction to ballet, teaching balance, musicality, and expressive movement in a supportive space.

Dancers can enroll in one class for $55/month or take both for $80/month for a well-rounded experience.

ignite

ages 1st & 2nd grade

Our Ignite program is designed to challenge and inspire young dancers, offering both energetic and expressive styles that are both educational and engaging to help your dancer grow.

  • Dash (Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz) – Mondays, 4:30-5:15 PM
    A high-energy class where dancers explore rhythm, coordination, and dynamic movement through tap, hip hop, and jazz.

  • Élevé (Ballet, Lyrical) – Tuesdays, 5:30-6:15 PM
    A class focused on ballet and lyrical techniques, helping dancers develop strength, grace, and musicality.

Dancers can enroll in one class for $60/month or take both for $100/month for a well-rounded dance experience.

blaze

ages 3rd & 4th Grade

Our Blaze program is designed for 3rd and 4th graders ready to take their dancing to the next level with dynamic movement, technique, and expression.

  • Vibe (Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz) – Mondays, 5:15-6:00 PM
    An upbeat, high-energy class where dancers develop rhythm, musicality, and performance skills through tap, hip hop, and jazz. Perfect for those who love to move with confidence and style.

  • Ascend (Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical) – Thursdays, 6:00-6:45 PM
    A class focused on technique, grace, and artistry. Dancers will build strength and flexibility while exploring the expressive qualities of ballet, lyrical, and contemporary styles.

Dancers can take one class for $60/month or both for $100/month for a well-rounded dance experience.

Flare

ages 5th & 6th grade

At Sterling Studio, we’re igniting a love for dance with our Flare group, designed for dancers in 3rd and 4th grade. This program offers two dynamic class options, allowing students to build a strong foundation in multiple dance styles.

  • Surge (Hip Hop, Jazz, Pom, Tap) – Mondays, 6:00-7:00 PM
    High-energy and full of excitement, Surge is designed for dancers who love to move. This class introduces sharp jazz technique, powerful pom motions, rhythmic tap skills, and the bold style of hip hop. Dancers will build confidence, coordination, and musicality while learning fun, upbeat choreography.

  • Elevate (Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical) – Tuesdays, 6:15-7:15 PM
    Elevate blends ballet technique with the fluidity of contemporary and lyrical dance. Dancers will focus on grace, strength, and emotional expression through movement. This class develops artistry while reinforcing strong technical foundations.

Students may register for one class at $65/month or both for $110/month to experience a well-rounded dance education.

ember

ages 7th & 8th grade

Dancers in our Ember group will refine their technique and artistry while building strength, confidence, and versatility. This program is designed to challenge and inspire students as they continue their dance journey.

  • Amp (Hip Hop, Jazz, Pom, Tap) – Mondays, 7:15-8:15 PM
    A fast-paced class that brings energy, precision, and power through Hip Hop, Jazz, Pom, and Tap. Dancers will sharpen their skills while mastering bold choreography and dynamic movement.

  • Pulse (Contemporary, Lyrical, Ballet) – Tuesdays, 7:15-8:15 PM
    A class dedicated to technique, fluidity, and expression. With a focus on Ballet, Contemporary, and Lyrical, dancers will refine their control and artistry while deepening their connection to movement.

Students may register for one class at $65/month or both for $110/month to experience a well-rounded dance education.

Inferno

ages 9th - 12th grade

Our Inferno program is designed for high school dancers looking to push their skills to the next level. This dynamic program offers two distinct classes, each focusing on different styles to create a well-rounded dancer.

  • Charge (Hip Hop, Jazz, Pom, Tap, Musical Theatre) - Tuesdays, 7:15-8:30 PM

    An energetic and high-impact class incorporating Hip Hop, Jazz, Pom, Tap, and Musical Theatre. This class is built for dancers who love powerful movement, intricate choreography, and the thrill of performance.

  • Verve (Contemporary, Lyrical, Ballet) - Thursdays, 7:45-8:45 PM

    A class dedicated to Ballet, Contemporary, and Lyrical, focusing on technical strength, artistry, and expressive movement. Dancers will refine their technique and develop their ability to tell a story through dance.

Students may register for one class at $65/month or both for $110/month to experience a well-rounded dance education.
